Shipping and Delivery Policy – Mdible Delights

At Mdible Delights, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in the freshest condition and within the committed time frame. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the process, timeline, and terms for all deliveries.


1. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted third-party courier partners. If your address is not serviceable, our team will contact you to provide alternative solutions or initiate a refund.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier service delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a certain value (₹499 or as specified on product page).

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) or low-value orders, a standard shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate and reachable.


7. Receipt of Order

  • Please check the package condition upon delivery.

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it and immediately inform our support team at sales@mdibledelights.in.

  • Once you accept the order, we assume that the product was received in good condition unless reported otherwise within 24 hours.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we ensure timely dispatch, Mdible Delights is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events. In rare cases of lost shipment, we will investigate the issue with the courier and offer the best resolution (reshipment or refund).
